Klovis CRM is a LinkedIn outreach tool with the CRM built in. Every account gets its own sending pace, invites nobody saw get a second chance, and every reply and deal sits in one place, so your team gets more attempts at the right people without adding noise.
Klovis CRM started in London in December 2025, founded by Nima Akbari and Arman Akbari. We run outbound ourselves, and the problem we kept hitting was not the message. A good offer still loses most leads, because the person never accepts the invite or never sees it in time. Until they accept, they never hear what you have to say.
So we built around those two problems. Every LinkedIn account gets its own sending pattern, learned from the real sending history of more than 100 salespeople rather than random timers. Invites nobody accepts are withdrawn and tried again later from another campaign or account. And because every attempt needs context, the CRM sits underneath: people, companies, lists, opportunities and tasks, with replies from LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp in one shared inbox.
It works. One customer booked six meetings on their first day with Klovis CRM, against about six a week before. Over six months they retried around 2,000 withdrawn invites, about 1,000 were accepted and roughly 200 meetings followed.
Every account sends at its own pace, warms up gradually and stays inside working hours. We explain plainly how it all works.
We give the people you want to reach more chances to see your message: the same conversion rate, with more attempts.
The CRM exists to make outreach work. Every send has full context, so nobody messages an existing customer or a colleague's lead by mistake.
